Located on the west forested slope of Grabowiec. Initially, the chapel was wooden and was built as early as in the 13th century, but the stone building was built in 1718-19 and was sponsored by Hans Anton Schaffgotsch.

The biggest advantage of the place is Dobre Źródło, located just below the altar of the chapel, which is led out through the canal. History says that the water was considered unusual and, as the old folk saying goes, any person who takes water in the mouth and runs around the chapel seven times without shedding a drop, is guaranteed happiness in love. Another legend tells of a prince who was tracking a wounded deer. He met it bathing in the spring and during this bath his wounds healed immediately. Once there was a tavern serving pilgrims next to the chapel. Apparently, the miraculous power of water was appreciated by witches gathering on Sabbaths.
