Where can I check in?
Below is a map of the Lake Hill Resort & SPA and Lake Hill Apartments complexes. The main reception is located in our hotel. This is where you check in and receive all the most important information about your room and stay, and you will be able to settle payments.
From what time can you check in? Can I come earlier?
Check-in is possible from 15:00. Early check-in is subject to room availability.

What do I need to prepare to check in at the hotel?
Only the first name, surname and possibly the reservation number are required for check-in.
2. RESTAURANT AND MEALS
How is breakfast served?
Currently, breakfasts are served in lunch boxes to the rooms after prior registration.
Where and when can I sign up for breakfast?
When checking in at the Main Reception, you indicate your preferred breakfast delivery times. You can choose between the hours: 8: 00-9: 00, 9: 00-10: 00 or 10: 00-11: 00. We will deliver you a delicious breakfast every day at the same time!
I would like to change the breakfast pickup time - where can I apply?
The request should be reported as soon as possible at the main reception desk in person or by phone 724 888 800.
Where can I have coffee in the morning?
Until 11:00 am we invite you to the restaurant in building A on the -1 floor, there you can pick up your free coffee to go.
Where and when can you pick up dinners?
We invite you to pick up your lunch boxes in person at the restaurant between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
How will I know which menu is for dinner?
Don't worry, our waiters will present you the dinner menu for the day.
Can I buy dinners on site?
It is best to report dinners when making the reservation. However, if you decide only upon arrival, you can sign up for dinner at the main reception, and we will prepare it for you the next day.
What is the cost of half board?
The cost of dinner for an adult is PLN 100.
Children up to 4 years old free of charge.
Children and teenagers 5-12 years old - 50 PLN.
Can I place an order for food or drinks in the Lobby Bar in the meantime?
Of course! We invite you to our Lobby Bar in building A on the ground floor. From 11:00 am you can buy take-out drinks and alcohol. Our Lobby Bar menu starts from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. and you can also order it to go.
Is there a Room Service at the hotel?
From 19:00 we start the Room Service with delivery of meals and drinks to the rooms. You can place an order by phone on 9820. The Room Service menu with drinks and alcohol take away can be found in your room. Just call, wait and open the door to pick up your order!
How much does Room Service cost?
The cost of the service is PLN 20.
What time can I place my last order?
We accept orders until 22:30 at the latest.
I am a vegetarian, have a food allergy or follow a special diet - is there a chance to prepare a separate menu?
All information related to food allergies or other food preferences must be provided upon check-in. We will then be able to record your request and prepare meals as requested.
How can I pay for my order?
Payment for an order in the Lobby Bar or Room Service can be made both when placing the order and added to the final invoice for the stay. We accept card and cash payments.
3. WELLNESS ZONE
Can I use the wellness area?
The Wellness Zone is available only to the guests of the complex and operates within the limits consistent with the sanitary regime. After signing up for the swimming pool in advance, the time for using the wellness area is 1.5 hours.
How can I sign up for a swimming pool?
Registration for the swimming pool is made at the main reception. Upon check-in, request a swimming pool and sign-up for any available time.
I would like to stay longer at the pool, is it possible?
There are records for the swimming pool. If the number of people in a given hour does not exceed the allowed limit, you can stay longer in the pool. Ask the lifeguard about the possibility of a longer stay in the pool.
Where can I change, leave the pool stuff?
Cloakrooms are closed for hotel guests, so please come to the swimming pool in a bathrobe and hotel slippers.
Do saunas work normally?
Finnish and outdoor sauna is available to guests in compliance with the sanitary regime. The steam sauna is excluded from use.
Is the fitness room working normally?
Unfortunately, the fitness area has been closed until further notice.
4. SERVICE OF ROOMS
Can I order a room cleaning?
Report the need for service directly at the Main Reception or by telephone on the extension number 800 or 724 88 88 00.
What is the room service like?
The service should be reported at the main reception desk, and then hang a hanger on the door. Cleaning takes place only at the request of guests and in their absence.
5. CHECK OUT
Until what time can you check out? Can I stay with you longer?
Check-out is by 11:00. Extension of the check-out time is additionally payable at the Reception. Ask at the Reception about the possibility of late check-out.
Where can I settle my stay?
You will settle your stay at the reception desk upon check-out.
6. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have a question regarding my stay. Where can I apply?
The reception desk is open 24 hours a day.

Where can skis and other sports equipment be stored?
The marked ski room is located on the ground floor of the hotel, behind the reception.
I come with children, will there be any attractions for them in the hotel?
The youngest guests are invited to the Kids Room in building A on level 0. Older children and teenagers can spend their free time in the Play Room also in building A on level 0, where there are table football and the PlayStaytion console.
Games and game pads are available at the Main Reception.
Fogging of both zones takes place between 11:00 and 11:30 and 18:00 - 18:30.
I would like to relax during my stay, can I use the SPA?
Make an appointment for treatments individually. Please book your treatments in advance to choose the most convenient date for you.
