During check-in, a pre-authorization of the payment/credit card is made or a cash deposit of 3,000 PLN for the entire stay is collected to secure expenses related to the stay. In case of unutilized funds, they are returned during check-out.
*We kindly inform you that from January 1, 2025, a climate fee applies, according to the Act on collecting local and health resort fees in the Municipality of Podgórzyn, amounting to 3 PLN. The fee applies to those booking a stay for more than one night - the fee for a stay of more than two nights is charged from the first commenced night and must be settled during check-in.
