In case of bad weather, the Hotel reserves the right to change the schedule of attractions. A detailed event plan along with participation conditions will be provided on site.

- go shopping in our designer Lake Hill Concept Store (at the end of building B in the Hotel).
By booking a stay with children at Lake Hill Hotel you receive:
- free stay for a child 5-12 years old for more than 5 days;
- child up to 4 years sleeping with parents in one bed stays for free;
- free baby crib with a set of bedding (limited number of cribs, early reservation required);
- a maximum of two children up to 12 years old free of charge.
Pet policy:
- we are a pet-friendly hotel – bring your pet with you, an additional fee is 120 PLN per day.
*Please be informed that from January 1, 2024, a climate fee applies, according to the Act on the collection of local and spa fees in the Podgórzyn Commune, amounting to 2 PLN. The fee applies to those booking a stay for more than one night - the fee for a stay of more than two nights is charged from the first started night and must be settled at check-in.
