In case of bad weather, the Hotel reserves the right to change the attraction schedule. A detailed event plan with participation conditions will be presented on site.

When booking a stay with children at Lake Hill Hotel you receive:
- free stay for child 5-12 years old (maximum 2 children);
- child up to 4 years old sleeping with parents in the same bed stays for free;

Pet policy:
- we are a pet-friendly hotel – bring your pet, an additional fee of 120 PLN per day applies.
*Please note that from January 1, 2025, a tourist tax of 3 PLN applies, according to the Act on local and spa fees in the Podgórzyn Municipality. The fee applies to persons booking a stay longer than one night - the fee for stays over two nights is charged from the first started day and must be paid upon check-in.
