- When booking a stay with children at Lake Hill Resort & SPA, you receive:
- free baby crib with bedding set (limited number of cribs, prior reservation required);

Pet policy:
- we are a pet-friendly hotel – fee of 150 PLN per day.
At check-in, a pre-authorization of a payment/credit card is made or a cash deposit of 3,000 PLN for the entire stay is collected to secure expenses related to the stay. In case the funds are not used, they are refunded during check-out.
*We kindly inform you that from January 1, 2025, there is a climate fee in accordance with the Act on collecting the local and health resort fee in the Municipality of Podgórzyn in the amount of 3 PLN. The fee applies to people booking a stay for more than one day - the fee for a stay exceeding two days is charged from the first started day and must be settled at check-in.
