Located on the western, forest-covered slope of Grabowiec. Originally the chapel was wooden and already existed in the 13th century, while the brick building was constructed in 1718-19 and was sponsored by Hans Anton Schaffgotsch.
The greatest asset of the place is the Good Spring that flows right under the altar of the chapel, which is channeled outside. History says that the water was considered extraordinary, and as an old folk saying goes, anyone who takes water into their mouth and circles the chapel seven times without spilling a drop is guaranteed happiness in love. Another legend tells of a prince who was tracking an injured deer. He found it bathing in the spring, and during that bath, its wounds were instantly healed. Next to the chapel once stood an inn servicing pilgrims. It is said that the witches gathering for the Sabbaths appreciated the miraculous power of the water.
